Exchanges And Store Credit
We stand behind the products we sell, and although we cannot refund your purchase, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange of a product or give you a store credit for future orders. Please notify us within 7 calendar days if you would like to exchange, or receive store credit for an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number. We reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed, and to return to you any non-compliant pieces. All product packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@minmoor.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
